Fees to Tenant Applicants

(also available with each property upon inspection)

We do not charge a Finder’s Fee. All fees charged relate to a tenancy application in progress and if successful, the >completion of that tenancy application

Referencing Fee per applicant. £35.00

Administration Fees £425.00 (inclusive of VAT)

To cover all administration associated with your application together with preparation of the tenancy agreement, protection of your deposit with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, and attendance at the property by external Inventory/check in company, preparation of Inventory/schedule of condition, obtaining your signatures to same and providing you with copies of same.

Tenancy Deposit

The tenancy deposit required to complete the tenancy agreement Is equal to 6 (six) weeks rent.

Finding a Property to Rent

If you find a property to rent through us and you want to take it off the market, you will be required to provide the sum of £250.00, which will be deducted from your final monies upon a successful tenancy application.

Sould your tenancy application fail (for example poor referencing) or you withdraw your application, that sum is non-refundable. Should the landlord withdraw from your application for a reason which is not your fault, then that sum will be returned.
