Town Planning
Our planning consultants undertake town planning appraisals, applications and appeals for mainly, but not exclusively, residential development projects. Clients have ranged from large commercial organizations (such as Lifecare NHS Trust), developers or investors, house builders, educational providers and faith organisations (such as Exeter College, Oxford or the London City Mission) as well as individual home owners. Services include the following:

- Site measured surveys and preparation of existing site and building plans, elevations and the street scene.
- Architectural design for new development
- Planning applications
- Design and Access Statements
- Parking surveys (often required to support planning applications)
- Transport Statements
- Noise Impact Assessments (to support planning applications)
