Due to the specialised nature of land and development transactions, this area of our business is conducted through our land and development company, Landward Consulting Ltd.

Your main point of contact for this area of our business is Simon Ward, a BSc Honours Graduate from Reading University, and a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and the Institute of Commercial and Business Transfer Agents.

Simon has extensive experience of both the traditional estate agency and development sectors and promotes developments opportunities to a broad range of clients and contacts within the Development and Housing Association sectors.

Landward Consulting will consider a wide range of potential sites from individual and cluster of residential back gardens, up to large Brownfield sites, either vacant , or with existing redundant residential or commercial development (or combination of both), on either a subject to planning or unconditional basis.

Landward Consulting will also consider opportunities for the conversion of existing buildings on the same basis.

Town Planning services are available through Landward Consulting to assist you in progressing your development opportunity through the often complex and difficult planning process.
